By accessing or using DuetDial's voice AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including developers, businesses, and end users.

License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DuetDial grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services in accordance with your subscription plan.

Permitted Uses

  • Integrate our API into your applications for voice AI functionality
  • Use our Services for legitimate business purposes
  • Access and use documentation and support resources
  • Test and develop applications using our sandbox environment

Prohibited Uses

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the Services to harm, harass, or impersonate others
  • Share your API keys or account credentials
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtaining necessary consents from end users for voice data processing
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access

Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time
  • We provide support according to your subscription plan
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our Services is based on your subscription plan and usage:

  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Usage-based fees are billed monthly in arrears
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our Services, including all software, technology, and content, are owned by DuetDial. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through our Services.

By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Services and improve our AI models, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • DuetDial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for third-party actions or service interruptions
  • You use our Services at your own risk

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
  • We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason
  • Upon termination, your access to Services will cease immediately
  • We will retain your data according to our Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through our Services at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
